This letter is being sent to express my sincere thanks to Darel "Chick" Caulder regarding his assistance in the sale of property which was listed with Mill Pond Realty. I met Chick earlier this year through the Mill Pond Realty website and this contact eventually led to my acquisition of property in the Shady Grove area of Lee County.
During my conversations with Chick which eventually included negotiating the sale of the property he was always courteous, professional and receptive to my input.
